Registration Information

HERE are our top 8 most helpful tips to know before registering!

REGISTRATION: Registration opens on February 1st at 9:00 am EST.  Prior to this date you will be able to log in to your online account but will NOT be able to select any camp sessions.

GRADE LEVEL: All grade levels are based on the camper’s 2018-2019 school year.  We will NOT make exceptions for campers to attend sessions out of their grade level.

CABIN MATE REQUESTS: When possible please minimize requests. We value giving campers the space to make new friends. We will do our best to honor up to FIVE cabin mate requests. Cabin mates must mutually choose each other for requests to be honored.

DEPOSIT: A $100 deposit is required for all Camp Lakeview and Lakeview Villages sessions.  A $25 deposit (per person) is required for all Family sessions. Only a completed registration with a deposit will hold your spot. 

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: Once you have successfully registered, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Additionally, a Camp Information Packet (which includes a Pack List, Medical Form, and Arrival/Departure information) will be available in the “Download Forms” section of your online account.

You should register your child for the session and then fill out the “Adult Attendee Information” form in the Camp Information Packet of your online account. You do NOT need to register yourself in addition to your child.

WAIT LIST: If your first choice session is full, registering will add you to the wait list for that session.  (You will not need to pay a deposit.)  If a spot becomes available you will be contacted by our office.  You may register for a different session and switch into the session you are wait listed for if a spot becomes available.

FINANCIAL AID: Scholarship are available to help with the cost of camp. We want EVERYONE to be able to come to camp, regardless of financial situation. Click HERE for more information and to download an application.

PAYMENT INFO: Online payments may be made by credit card, debit card, or e-check. Declined e-checks will incur a $20 fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds will be granted 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival for all but $25 of your deposit. No refunds will be granted within 14 days of your scheduled arrival except in cases of illness or injury and family emergencies.

MULTIPLE SESSIONS: Due to the high demand for Camp Lakeview and Lakeview Villages sessions, campers may initially only register for one of these sessions. After March 1st campers may register for an additional session.
