Summer Program Registration Information:
HOW TO REGISTER:
Registration opens February 3rd at 9:00 am EST. Prior to this date you will be able to log in to your online account but will NOT be able to select any camp sessions for the upcoming summer. Register online at lakeviewministries.camp.
TIERED PRICING:
New this year is a three-tiered pricing system that allows families to choose the price that best fits their financial situation. You can read more about tiered pricing HERE.
Deposit:
A $100 deposit is required for all Camp Lakeview and Lakeview Villages sessions. A $25 deposit (per person) is required for all Family sessions. Only a completed registration with a deposit will hold your spot.
“Enrolled” is not “Registered”:
If you attempt to register your camper but do NOT make a deposit your camper will be listed as “Enrolled”. CAMPERS LISTED AS ENROLLED ARE NOT REGISTERED. YOU MUST PAY TO REGISTER.
Wait List:
If your first choice session is full, registering will add you to the wait list for that session. (You will not need to pay a deposit.) When a spot becomes available, we offer it to those on the wait list in order of initial sign up. You will have limited time to respond to our offer before we move on to the next person on the list. Make sure the email and phone number associated with your account are ones you check regularly. NO EXCEPTIONS are made to wait list order.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be granted 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival for all but $25 of your deposit. NO refunds will be granted within 14 days of your scheduled arrival except in cases of illness, injury or family emergencies.
Phone Registrations:
No phone registrations will be accepted until February 15th.
Grade Level:
Campers’ grades are determined by their grade level during the 2019-2020 school year. We will NOT make exceptions for campers to attend sessions out of their grade level.
Cabin Mate Requests:
Please minimize requests as much as possible. We value giving campers the space to make new friends. We will do our best to honor up to FIVE cabin mate requests, but prefer only ONE or TWO. Cabin mates must mutually choose each other for requests to be honored.
Registering for Tiny Tykes, Mother/Daughter, Father/Son:
You should register your child for the session and then fill out the “Adult Attendee Information” form in the Camp Information Packet of your online account. You do NOT need to register yourself in addition to your child.
Multiple Sessions:
Due to the high demand for Camp Lakeview and Lakeview Villages sessions, campers may initially only register for one of these sessions. After March 1st campers may register for an additional session.
Registration Confirmation:
Upon registering, you will receive an email confirming your registration. In addition, a Camp Information Packet (including a PACK LIST and a MEDICAL FORM) will be available in the “Download Forms” section of your online account.
